Terms & Conditions

Talrr Stitched (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides an AI-powered fashion technology platform that enables users to get custom-stitched garments, connect with tailors, and access alteration services across India.

By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time with reasonable prior notice where possible.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Talrr uses proprietary computer vision AI technology to capture body measurements via your device camera. While our system is designed for high accuracy, please note:

• AI measurements are estimates based on visual analysis and may have minor variance (±1–2 cm)
• Measurement accuracy depends on lighting conditions, camera quality, and positioning
• We recommend following in-app guidance for best results
• Talrr is not liable for fit issues arising from measurement inaccuracies beyond normal tolerance
• Alteration services are available starting ₹199 for any fit adjustments required

Camera access is used solely for measurement purposes during active measurement sessions. We do not record or store video footage.

All payments on Talrr Stitched are processed securely through authorized payment gateways. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

For Custom Stitching Orders:

• Full payment is required at the time of order placement
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund
• Once a tailor has begun stitching (confirmed in-app), cancellation is not available
• If a delivered garment has a manufacturing defect, we will arrange free alteration or replacement

For Alteration Services:

• Payment is collected after the alteration is completed and approved
• Starting price: ₹199 per alteration

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Tailors joining the Talrr platform must subscribe to our Tailor Partner Programme:

• Subscription fee: ₹6,999 for 6 months
• Fee is collected at the time of registration
• Non-refundable after activation — once your tailor profile is activated and you begin receiving orders, the subscription fee cannot be refunded
• Renewals are required every 6 months to maintain active status
• Talrr reserves the right to suspend or terminate a tailor account for quality violations, customer complaints, or breach of conduct guidelines
• Suspended accounts do not qualify for subscription fee refunds

We take your privacy seriously. Here is a summary of how we handle your data:

Camera & Measurement Data:

• Camera is accessed only during active measurement sessions with your explicit permission
• No video is stored; only extracted measurement data points are saved to your profile
• Measurement data is encrypted and stored securely on Indian servers
• Your measurements are shared with tailors only when you place an order
• You can delete your measurement data from your profile at any time

Personal Information:

• We collect name, email, phone number, and delivery address for order fulfilment
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• Data may be shared with delivery partners solely for order delivery purposes

By using Talrr Stitched, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, tailors, or Talrr employees
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform or AI systems
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any Talrr content without written permission

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Talrr Stitched services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
